There are a few different types of notifications in Tines.

  • Monitoring

  • Subscriptions


Monitoring is done for the story or configured for an individual action. You opt to be notified when any action fails on the story.

  • Story: emails when any action in the story fails

  • Action: configure when you receive emails based on no events emitted within a defined period, when the action fails, or every time an event is emitted


You subscribe to a case or story. To use the subscription options, your tenant must have change control or cases enabled.

These appear in the product via the notifications menu. You can manage the settings globally from the notifications menu or the case/story.
